1. The first main problem is Rubicon.
Something like our Unmanned Systems Forces, but they work not only from the rear, but also directly at the front, destroying everything they detect from the line of combat contact 10 km into our rear.
They also partially reach targets further than 10 km. All this is achieved due to the unlimited provision of Rubicon with all types of drones and all types of weapons necessary for such units.
If our command had a desire to win the war, several decisions would have been made that have long been necessary:
1A. We need to direct units of professionals to destroy Rubicon, providing them with unlimited resources.
1B. We need to provide brigades with drones, against which Rubicon operates, not according to e-points and previously achieved results, but unlimitedly. The same goes for electronic warfare and radar reconnaissance.
1C. It is necessary to intensify sabotage work against everyone who works in Rubicon, Rubicon ensures - they must all be destroyed.
2. At the level of the defense organization, we see chaotic actions again, poorly prepared counterattacks, after which a new retreat, constant large losses. This is a consequence of micromanagement, when in small areas there are many units with minimal coordination.
Why is this happening?
Syrskyi agreed with great reservations to introduce the corps system, but continues to manage each platoon, in addition, there is no coordination between all the units that received tasks from Syrskyi.
And some units assigned to super-professionals consist of such stupid people that they cause continuous problems - for example, the other day a million dollars of military state property was destroyed in super-professionals, because the assigned people are simply idiots.
The law of defense organization is now simple: if there is a single organism that opposes the enemy, we have a ratio of losses of 1 to 25, 1 to 50. If everything is organized in the spirit of Syrsky – 1 to 5 at best, more often 1 to 3, even 1 to 1.
In a country where there is a shortage of personnel for super-professional units and for infantry – all this is a criminal strategy, not “active defense”. For some reason, Zelenskyy does not change Syrskyi to Drapatyi, although now only Drapatyi would reduce losses, ensure coordination at the level – any front acts as a single organism.
3. The third problem is that super-professionals are half-equipped and are used to solve tasks that should objectively be solved by ordinary stormtroopers and infantry. Here we have the simple mathematics of this war: now the moment has come when super-professionals should be provided with everything in an unlimited mode, and ordinary stormtroopers and infantry should receive everything in the volume that super-professionals have today. Then the infantry will be able to follow super-professionals and stormtroopers, and not disappear like snow under the spring sun.
Super-professionals and stormtroopers should receive at least 500,000 hryvnias per month right now.
The guys are constantly investing in their own weapons and equipment with the persistence of fanatics. And it’s simply offensive when you get the same amount as an infantryman from a brigade that doesn’t fight, but hides in holes and dugouts.
It turns out that out of fear or by agreement with the enemy, some are hiding from real combat, but are formally on the line of combat contact. They get combat money. And the super-professionals who really fight non-stop in a way that would never be shown in a movie – they are paid the same. This is illogical and unfair.
First, we need to remove brigade commanders for agreements with the enemy and send privates to storm, this is a real problem.
Secondly, all such infantrymen should be immediately attached to large heroic brigades, with the transformation of brigades into divisions or armies. Because in a good unit, even a weak infantryman will be a hero. And in a rotten unit, everything will fall apart.
Thirdly, super-professionals should have understandable motivation at the level of private armies. Take the city in a week – we will add 2 million bonuses to everyone’s 0.5 million salary. People will do anything, not because money is a motive, but because this money will be an expression of respect for them, for their dignity, for their ability to do the impossible!
After all the corruption scandals of recent times, completely different systems of payment for the actions of super-professionals must be introduced.
4. The fourth problem is the low quality of our regular infantry, low motivation, and a constant desire to avoid war.
All these diseases are cured by joining regular units to heroic brigades. Brigades with the best commanders must be selected, provided with unlimited numbers of people and resources, gradually increasing their area of responsibility. High quality must be selected and supported, low quality must be rejected.
5. The fifth problem is that in the cities for which battles are currently being fought, there are too many people left, among them there are enough enemy sympathizers, and therefore we have constant problems.
Why have we not yet implemented the experience of Georgia, which built entire towns for displaced persons from the occupied territories?
Why do we not have infrastructure in cities so that people who lost their apartments due to missiles and Shaheds attacks have housing?
Why is infrastructure not being built for displaced persons?
People feel unnecessary "on the big earth", decide to wait it out, then decide to accept and feed the occupiers, then are horrified that a woman and a 9-year-old daughter are being raped, then our guys miraculously save that woman and child, at great risk to themselves.
All this is a real recent story, and all this happens every day, and no Shakespeare or Hemingway knew such tragedies, where a horror story begins from human mistakes.
And all these mistakes became possible because people, firstly, lived by propaganda, not reality, and secondly, did not see that Ukraine needs them. All this attitude towards people as garbage began under the previous government, continues under this one. And hypocritical tears when meeting prisoners cannot close the abyss of irresponsibility of those in power, which is simply a curse.
All these "waiters" in the cities for which the battle is currently underway is a huge problem, the fate of them and their families is very often a tragedy.
It shouldn't be like this, forced evacuation behind our 'Mannerheim Line' should work in advance, and there should be somewhere to evacuate!!!
And there should finally be that line of defense somewhere, real, filled with troops who are not tasked with counterattacking, but only defending!!!
6. The sixth problem - to win the war, you need to beat the enemy on his territory!!!
Why haven't all the refineries been destroyed?
Why is the Crimean Bridge standing?
Why haven't the defense enterprises been destroyed?
Why does the enemy still have a military fleet on different seas - it's a very easy target?!
Why does the enemy still have strategic aviation?
Why do they still have ammunition depots?
Why hasn't the enemy's political and military leadership been destroyed???
Delivering asymmetric strikes should be a daily job on a much larger scale than it is today.
Our enemy is a colossus on feet of clay, we must not pity those very feet!

7. The seventh problem is the mobilization of the rear.
To solve all the problems of the military itself, which are considered in six points, it is necessary to mobilize all the state's forces in the rear, to arm the army, to pay the army more, to be a support for the army in everything.
You can't shift asphalt, lay tiles, reconstruct parks, plant flower beds. When England was at war with Hitler, everything was mobilized - even all aluminum spoons and pots were given to build airplanes. England returned to normal life with expenses for improvement in 1958!!!
And this is England, the center of the British Empire!
We, a poor country, are now spending crazy resources on criminal frivolities!!! Everyone thinks about 100 million of Mindich. But 100 million for improvement of public services across the country is also a reality of this time, and maybe more.
And all this money that could have been invested in protection from the Shaheds and missiles, in strengthening the front, in delivering painful blows to the enemy.
We have the best people - and I see this every day from heroic efforts that history has never known! And we have the worst people - I see this every day from crimes committed for reasons of corruption, from pathological irresponsibility, due to bureaucratic idiocy, especially widespread in the army!
For six months now, I have been refusing to make public appearances - I am so disappointed by all the worst that I see in our people, especially in the "elite" - they are so enthusiastically discussing post-war reconstruction, immediately pushing the entire country to self-destruction.
How far everything is from the simple, single true slogan that should be everywhere: everything for the front - everything for Victory!
I have been disappointed in the leadership of the state since the very beginning of this war, I see many cases of betrayal, many mistakes, many irresponsible inaction. Since it is impossible for me to save everyone and everything, I chose a sniper community that is close to me personally.
The reason for this choice is simple: such support is of the greatest benefit to the front!
And I have never been disappointed in this choice, saving ordinary guys and girls who are super professionals.
I sincerely love them and will do everything to ensure that they win!
Other volunteers do the same, supporting drone operators, other teams of professionals. If you can’t change everything as a whole, you need to change something most important from what can be done for ordinary people with small resources.
And it works! At the same time, I hope that the current political crisis will end with the right decisions on the reform of the rear and the army, and this will bring our Victory closer!
