The main thing in war is to spend resources rationally

 

Everyone is talking about negotiations, peace and reconstruction.

But there is one significant obstacle: Putin wants to continue the war, and if there is a shortage of petrodollars due to Trump's sanctions, he simply started selling gold. Putin will be able to wage a war without an infusion of oil profits at least until spring, and therefore we must prepare for the continuation of the war.

The main thing in war is to spend resources rationally, to concentrate resources, because war is the mathematics of resource creation plus the art of resource application.

When resources are limited, we must think about stopping waste.
1. First, we need the resignation of our 'Zhukov' Syrskyi, who is losing people in his mini- and macro-operations, irrationally organizing the Armed Forces of Ukraine and because of this, 30-50% more people are dying than would be the case with a normal structure of the troops.
And besides, he constantly lies. The other day he said that there are definitely drones in one direction and the military from below is lying about a total shortage in many specific units. Zelenskyy personally visited the area, was convinced of the total shortage, but since it was back in the days of Yermak, the latter saved the lying general. Although, for such a lie in the era of drone war, you should resign without any talk.

2. Secondly, we immediately need a legal state and honest managers. The brigade has a businessman who raised money for drones with friends and found a way to buy them in China.
He receives a price, it is half as much.
The brigade commander says: this is probably just the name of our regular drones, because the price should be twice as much, we get it without any kickbacks from the state.
Upon the arrival of the drones, it turns out that they are the same. That is, an honest drone in Ukraine is twice as high in price.
And a covered dishonest one is already 4 times higher. The rule of law is needed so that responsible people do not do either x2 or x4, but simply quietly bring in two or four times more drones. This is how wars are won!!!

If we now build a rule of law instead of the existing mixture of feudalism and racketeering, then there will be a possibility of reconstruction.

At the presentation of the NV Person of the Year award in 2024, one laureate publicly told how he built two identical factories. One in Romania, for 1.5 million euros, with the fact that they also gave a loan at 3%.
The second is the same in Ukraine, on their own for 11.5 million euros. The corruption surcharge to the price of the factory is 10 million at the cost of the factory of 1.5 million! What the reconstruction can be???

First - the rule of law, the destruction of racketeering, then - reconstruction. Otherwise, we will have a social catastrophe after the war and nothing will be rebuilt here, there will be a complete collapse like in some African countries.

In addition to the rule of law, we must introduce a ban on inventing bicycles in regulating the economy, education, and the life of all social institutions.
Let's take one country close to us - Poland, Romania, Slovakia, the Czech Republic.
Let's copy tax legislation, especially regarding benefits for individual entrepreneurs.
Let's copy mechanisms for stimulating investments.
Let's copy the entire education system, it will be close to our physics and mathematics schools, and not to the "New Ukrainian School".

If there is a rule of law as a foundation and simple rules for everyone as a superstructure, as a space for development - we will become like the New US for Europe, and not just like a tiger, because our people are the most talented in business from banks to post offices, from cheeses to missiles - if they are not hindered.

Friends, the SYSTEM must change, not just Yermak and Syrskyi!!! And then we will win both in the war and after the war!!!
