Each sniper team today works under the following conditions.

1. They work where conditions allow.

We have been hearing stories that someone cannot work anywhere since 2022, we work regardless of the stories.

In the Kherson region, for the first time in 2022, a sniper company did not go into position, because "it was impossible to work" anywhere in the brigade's area of responsibility. Our team of 18 people arrived, worked hard, and created conditions for breaking through the enemy's defenses. Then the company commander argued for a long time that it was impossible.

If something is really impossible somewhere, then this is recognized as a fact, and we do not work there. But stories that we cannot work anywhere are a myth.

2. We help those in need.

We check, find out about the availability of everything at the Supply Depot and not only at the Supply Depot, we help only when there is no hope. All the stories "it's not necessary", "this is a unit where it should be" are not interesting for us, because we have our own people everywhere, we know everything how it is in reality.

And we have our instructors, our trusted people among snipers, and it's not easy to ask us for something.

There is a video message for almost every fundraising, after the transfer - a thank-you video. If someone had everything, but he asked on a whim - we don't give it to them. We don't have time to help everyone who is in dire need, so the rear "fighters" packed with volunteers are not our clients.

3. We recognize that now is a drone war. In each sniper team we have operators and drones of various modifications. Now we can only work in a complex, otherwise there will only be losses.

4. Each member of the sniper group works not only in his specialty, but also as a universal soldier. Covering, assaults, mopping up - this is more than 50% of the work of even long-range snipers.

And besides it, each team initially had cover groups, and they grow with the introduction of each new long-range pair, because that's the only way to survive. And that's why - ARs. Plus rifles to counter drones. Plus electronic warfare.

And it is precisely this increase in efforts that allows us to reduce losses among snipers and cover, because we provide what gives results.

What problems our snipers have and how we can help

There are many questions to me about the situation at the front, what problems our snipers have and how we can help. 1. The first main problem is Rubicon. Something like our Unmanned Systems Forces, but they work not only from the rear, but also directly at the front, destroying everything they detect from the line of combat contact 10 km into our rear. They also partially reach targets further than 10 km. All this is achieved due to the unlimited provision of Rubicon with all types of drones and all types of weapons necessary for such units. If our command had a desire to win the war , several decisions would have been made that have long been necessary: 1A. We need to direct units of professionals to destroy Rubicon , providing them with unlimited resources. 1B. We need to provide brigades with drones , against which Rubicon operates, not according to e-points and previously achieved results, but unlimitedly.
